Privacy Policy

Bouncer is a Telegram bot that gates group access using Enjin NFT ownership. This policy describes what data we collect, why, and what you can do about it. We try to keep it short and plain.

What we collect

• From Telegram: your Telegram ID, username (if set), and first name. Needed to identify you in groups and on the dashboard.
• From wallet verification: your Enjin wallet address and the timestamp you linked it. This is the public on-chain address — we never see private keys.
• Group data: the Telegram ID and title of each group Bouncer is added to, along with per-member verification status, deadlines, and last-checked times.
• Audit logs: automated records of verifications, kicks, bans, and admin rule changes, visible to group admins only.
• Session cookies: when you log into the dashboard, a session cookie keeps you authenticated. Stored server-side, not shared with third parties.
• Contact form submissions: if you use the contact form, the message and the handle/email you provide are sent to us by email. Not stored in our database.

How we use it

• Check whether you hold the NFT(s) required by a group you're in.
• Enforce access rules (mute, delete messages, or remove members who don't meet the rules).
• Show group admins a dashboard of their members, rules, and audit history.
• Respond to contact form messages.

We do not sell your data, run advertising, or share it with analytics / marketing providers.

Who we share it with

• Neon — our PostgreSQL database provider. Stores everything listed above.
• Telegram — we call the Bot API to read group updates and enforce rules.
• Enjin Platform — we query their GraphQL API with your wallet address to check NFT ownership. Your wallet address is public on-chain data.
• SMTP provider — used only to deliver contact form messages to us.

Retention

• Your wallet link stays until you run /unlink or request deletion.
• Audit logs for a group persist until the group is removed from Bouncer.
• Contact form emails are kept in our inbox as long as needed to respond.

Your rights

• Run /unlink in a DM with the bot to remove the wallet association.
• Leave a group at any time — the bot stops tracking you once you're out.
• Request full data deletion via the contact form.
• Ask what data we hold on you via the contact form.

Terms of Use

By using Bouncer — either as a group admin who adds the bot, or as a member in a gated group — you agree to these terms.

The service

Bouncer controls access to Telegram groups based on Enjin NFT ownership. Admins configure rules (collection / token / minimum balance). Members verify their wallet to satisfy the rules and keep access.

Eligibility

• You need a Telegram account.
• You must control the Enjin wallet you link — linking a wallet you don't own is a violation of these terms.
• To add Bouncer to a group as an admin, you must hold a valid Bouncer MFT (early access requirement).

Acceptable use

• Don't try to bypass access controls (multi-accounts, spoofed wallets, etc.).
• Don't abuse the contact form, dashboard, or bot commands.
• Don't use the service for anything illegal.

Disclaimers

• The service is provided as is, without warranty of any kind.
• We don't guarantee uptime. Verification depends on Telegram and the Enjin blockchain — third-party outages can cause delays or failed checks.
• We're not responsible for the value, transferability, or state of any NFT.
• Group admins are responsible for their own rules and the consequences of those rules.

Termination

• We can suspend or revoke access at any time for abuse.
• You can stop using Bouncer at any time — unlink your wallet or leave the group.

Changes

These terms may change as the service evolves. Major changes will be announced in the bot or on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
